We want every visit to be clear, fair, and stress free. Please read the terms below; by booking an appointment you agree to these conditions.

Cancellation and no show policy

• Within 36 hours: Cancelling within 36 hours of your appointment may result in a 50% charge of the booked service.
• Filling your slot: If we are able to fill your appointment time, no fee will be charged.
• Same day cancellation or no show: Cancelling on the day or not attending will result in a 100% charge of the booked service.
• These charges exist because last minute gaps are difficult to fill and leave your stylist with unbooked time.

How to cancel outside opening hours During closing times, please send us a message on Facebook or Instagram. These are the channels we can access at weekends so we have the best chance of filling your slot.

Colour services

• Blow dry requirement: A blow dry is required with all colour services so your stylist can check the result properly.
• Separate charge: Blow dry fees are additional to colour prices.

Colour correction and lightening journeys

• If your hair is very dark and you want to go significantly lighter or blonde, you may pass through a warm or ginger stage. This is a normal, science based step and is often unavoidable.
• Most clients need more than one visit to reach their goal. Each appointment is quoted individually and your first payment covers your first session only.
• If you change your desired colour mid journey, the new service will be chargeable as it is a different process.
• By starting a colour change with us, you confirm you understand and accept these stages and risks.

Results and expectations

• We cannot guarantee an exact shade or outcome. Every head of hair is unique and natural undertones can cause colours to react differently.
• We will always work carefully, honestly, and do our utmost to achieve the result you want.

Toners

• Toners may be required to perfect your shade after lightening and to control warmth.
• They are charged separately when used.
• Longevity varies with hair condition and care, and may last between a few washes and several weeks.
• A toner refresh may be recommended between colour appointments to maintain your result.

If something is not right

We are friendly and approachable. If there is anything you are unhappy with, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help. If we have made a mistake, we will correct it at no charge.
